So far, I have only email to them and they normally took a few days to reply. Sometimes, the reply is standard. I guess in order to take it to another level, I will have to call those officers personally. I have still yet to do that, will explore it further if they could not give me a satisfactory answer via emails.
Could we have a "collective request" of the members from sgfunds to "encourage" them to be faster?

Given that I'm only subscribing to 1 counter (STI ETF) through SBP, I can't say for sure. How about calling up Phillips to check? and of course do let us know! =)

Phillips Reply
if you invest in 2 counters or less with total investment amount less than or equal to $1000 month, handling fees would be $6.42 per month.
On the other hand, should you invest in more than 2 counters but the total investment amount remains less than or equal to $1000 month, handling fees would be $10.70 per month.
For total investment amount more than $1000 monthly, regardless of number of counters invested in, handling fees would be the higher of 0.2% or $10.70.
----------------------------------
so its either 6.42 or 10.70, if over 1k, its 0.2% or 10.70.

Thanks stam. SBP may not be perfect, but I feel its as good as it gets for small time local investors looking to buy up blue chips and STI ETF. I wish they'd open it up to more ETFs though!

Well maybe we should all write in to ask that they consider expanding SBP to cover more SGX-listed ETFs?

For those who invest in STI ETF through SBP, I will like to counter-check with you whether is your buy price for STI ETF for the month of September 2.59027?

Same here. Since the price range on the trading date 18 Sep was $2.40~2.50, I am puzzled how they managed to buy at such a "good" price for us. I have written to them for an explanation. Do voice your concern, too.

Since they consolidate our investment, the majority of our order should not be bought in the unit share market.
